What type of projects can I request?
You can request any project of your choosing. However, please note that there are subjects and/or topics illustrated strictly does not produce work for. These include work that depict any adult themes such as nudity and pornography, promotion of any kind of violence and promotion of some socially-divisive topics such as LGBTQ "representation & inclusion", as well as the promotion of racially-divisive rhetoric such as the Black-Lives-Matter movement. Upon signing up, a proposal will be provided that outlines the term of service.
Is there a cap on the number of request?
You can request as many projects as you like during your subscription period. The only rule is projects are requested one at a time. This helps us give sufficient time to each of your projects and prevents the system bing taken advantage of by requesting more than what's possible during a certain subscription period.
How do I request designs?
Once you've signed up we will set up a method-of-communcation channel for you to request designs during the duration of your subscription.
What if I only have a single project?
Please reach out by clicking right here and we will be happy to assist you with your project.
Can I get a refund if I am unhappy with the work?
Please do have a careful look through our past projects and only sign up if you are 100% sure that you’d like to work with us. There are strictly no refunds.
